
Preserving Niagara-on-the-Lake Heritage
Established in 1962, The Niagara Foundation is a charitable, not-for-profit organization incorporated to preserve and foster, for the benefit of the people of Ontario, the history, traditions, and culture of the area comprising the Old Town - the site of the first capital of Upper Canada - and the Township of Niagara, where the foundations for the future of the Province were laid.
Thanks to donations and the success of its annual house tour, The Niagara Foundation has assisted in the preservation of the following heritage assets:
