Generally, the Niagara Foundation's September House Tour includes 5-6 houses and a winery.  The Town's churches usually open their doors for the event subject to their other commitments. Many visitors enjoy the House Tour as part of a full day's activities in Niagara-on-the-Lake, and add other events to their visit such as a trip to the Shaw Festival or one of the Town's fine restaurants, hotels, or bed and breakfasts.
